Kyra Cruz

Kyra Cruz is the Executive Director for ACTUAR, the Costa Rican Community-based rural tourism network in Costa Rica. She works closely with ACTUAR’s affiliates to market and design community-based rural tourism programs for responsible travellers and promote the continuous improvement of the services in the communities that are affiliated to the network. She edited and designed The Real Costa Rica, Your Community-based Tourism Guide. Besides working with community-based rural tourism initiatives, she worked for more than 8 years at renown tour operators in Costa Rica.
