Lisa Choegyal
Based in Kathmandu Nepal, Lisa Choegyal is ecotourism specialist and senior consultant with Tourism Resource Consultants, Wellington, New Zealand widely experienced in tourism operations and marketing throughout the Asia Pacific region. She has worked in Asia, Australia, and throughout the countries of the South Pacific. With a background in the private sector, Lisa was for 25 years Director of Marketing of the Tiger Mountain Group, Nepal’s most experienced trekking, adventure and wildlife operator, she is also involved with film production and publishing. For the last 15 years clients have included development organisations, governments, NGOs and the private sector. Lisa recently contributed to IFC’s study, "Ecolodges : Exploring Opportunities for Sustainable Business".
